主创建筑师 Chief Architect

岗位要求：

1.　　 对生活有追求；对设计充满热情，有责任感，有团队合作精神

2.　　 大学本科及以上学历，建筑学或相关专业

3.　　 5年以上相关专业工作经验，有境外学习或境外公司工作背景者优先考虑；

4.　　 熟悉国内建筑相关规范；

5.　　 优先考虑注册建筑师；

6.　　 有很强的方案创作能力，能指导团队完成方案设计工作。有项目全程和相关工种的组织协调能力，

7.　　 较强的语言和草图的表达和沟通能力、陈述汇报及人际关系处理能力；

8.　　 精通CAD、Photoshop、Sketch up、Office等常用软件；

9.　　 英语听、说、读、写良好，能与外籍员工交流；

10. 薪资面议。

对外籍主创建筑师的附加要求：
1. 至少在中国一年的工作经验

2. 了解中国客户的价值观、思考习惯及要求
3. 对中国文化及传统观念有浓厚的兴趣
4. 能耐心指导并和中方员工共事
5. 对中国的建筑发展及理论有所了解
6. 对中国的建筑相关要求及法规有基本了解
7. 有出差的要求

Requirements:

1.　　 Have a pursuit of wonderful life, to be passionate in design, can take responsibility for work, good teamwork.

2.　　 Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture;

3.　　 Minimum of 5-year relevant experience , preferably with overseas study or working experience;

4.　　 Familiar with internal building code;

5.　　 Certified architects preferred;

6.　　 Strong creative ability, can guide the team to complete the design. Good organization and coordination skills throughout the project and others;

7.　　 Strong language and sketches ofIdeas. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

8.　　 Well-versed in Auto CAD , Photoshop ,Sketch up, Office applications;

9.　　 With good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing ,good communication with foreign employees ;

10. Competitive wages.

Additional requirements for foreign chief architects：
1. Working experience in China with minimum of 1 year;
2. Understanding of Chinese client`s values ,thinking habits and requirements;
3. Lively interests in Chinese cultures and traditions;
4. Patient in training and working with Chinese colleagues;
5. Knowledge of Chinese architectural trends and theories;
6. Basic knowledge of Chinese building rules and regulations;

7. Successful candidates may be required to go on business trips.
